Monday- Closed to Observe Labor Day    
Tuesday –    Santa Fe ChickenGrilled Marinated Southwest Chicken topped with Monteray Jack & Cheddar Cheeses, Tomatoes & Green Onions.  Served with Spanish Rice & Buttered Corn.Dinner served with Garden Salad.$7/$10
Wednesday –   Beer Basted BrisketWe slow braise our Brisket for 5 hours in our special beer glaze with Carrots & Potatoes.  This is comfort food at it’s finest!  Dinner served with Garden Salad.$7/$10
Thursday –  Pan Fried Pork Chops Our Center Cut Boneless Chops, pan fried and served with Mashed Potatoes, Country Gravy and Country Style Green Beans.  Dinner served with a Garden Salad.  $7/$10
Friday –    Fajita Chicken Quesadillas Our famous Mesquite Fajita Chicken and Monterey Jack Cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla and pan fried until golden.  Served with our Hot Layered Bean Dip, Chips & Salsa. $7/$9
Salad Entrée of the WeekTaco Salad – Mixed Greens topped with Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Tomato, Seasoned Taco Meat, Kidney Beans & Crushed Doritos.  Served with Southwest Ranch Dressing. $7
